Are you an experienced Chart Reviewer / QI Clerk / HEDIS Abstractor looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? • Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review services specific to the Health Care Effectiveness Data Information Set (HEDIS)
• Successfully complete required training
• Communicate with offices as necessary to insure accuracy of data collection
• Develops expertise with the HEDIS performance measures
• Utilizes various software applications to support HEDIS abstraction

• 40 hour work week ; POSSIBLE Work From Home - If home based, must have high speed internet

• LPN, BSN or Medical Records Professional with three years hands-on medical record experience with coding, auditing, review, abstractor
