Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) $60-85K/yr

Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Today, OMH provides behavioral health services in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment.

Our practice strives to improve access to holistic and cost‑effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff. We offer a flexible and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in an integrated care team model. We value collaborative, coordinated care and provide autonomy in determining patient schedules and treatment length. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.

  • Create customized schedules to achieve work/life balance.
  • Typically work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
  • Provide patient care; documentation follows each session.
  • Back‑office handles billing, collections, credentialing.

Leadership & Advancement:

OMH is a growing, clinician‑led company. Staff supervisors are dispersed geographically. Advancing to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor is possible.

Education & Licensure:

Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in New York is required. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado preferred.
