Guiding Star Mental Health is growing, and we are expanding our team of licensed therapists in Tennessee — with additional opportunities as we grow into new states.

As a therapist with Guiding Star, you’ll walk alongside seniors in assisted living, independent living, and retirement communities as they navigate life’s challenges.

• Private, one-on-one counseling (telehealth + in-person).
• Monthly family support calls to strengthen the circle of care.
• We handle the administrative work — referrals, intake, and VOB — so you can focus on what you do best: caring for clients.
• Flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
• $70K–$93K annually (based on caseload) and BOE
• Benefit package

• Active Tennessee license: LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults or seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• A heart for serving seniors with dignity and compassion.
