Implementation Manager

This role is a remote position which will require up to 50% travel.

We are looking for a smart, driven Director of Privacy to operationalize privacy and privacy-related compliance requirements into practical, business-aligned processes.

The Implementation Manager supports the successful launch of covered-entity–owned pharmacies, primarily serving 340B-covered entities such as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). This position works closely with senior implementation leaders to help move pharmacy projects from approved plan through construction, go-live, and early stabilization.

This role is well-suited for candidates interested in pharmacy operations, healthcare consulting, or 340B program administration who are looking to build a strong foundation through hands-on implementation experience in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Implementations

• · Assist with the setup and launch of new covered-entity–owned pharmacies
• · Track implementation tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• · Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, contractors, and external vendors
• · Support readiness planning to ensure alignment between construction completion and operational launch

• Construction & Site Build Support

• · Assist senior leaders in coordinating new pharmacy build-outs and renovation projects
• · Help track construction milestones, inspections, equipment delivery, and site readiness requirements
• · Coordinate with architects, contractors, technology vendors, and pharmacy equipment suppliers to ensure timely installation and setup

• Regulatory & Operational Support
