Annual compensation package from $84,500 to $120,000, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

* BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible.

Monthly performance bonuses:
Bonuses are uncapped and start at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, rewarding impact without long qualification periods.

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses:
Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact.

Certification Bonuses:
Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Relocation Packages available to ease the expenses of your transition.

Remote Work Benefit:
Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, daytime hours.

Almost 30 days off in Year One:
Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Manageable Caseloads:
You’ll support up to 8 children.

Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry-leading clinicians such as:
Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Continuing

Education:

A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, funds to attend additional training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
