This is a full-time remote position for a Territory Surgical Specialist. The primary responsibilities of the role include developing and managing client relationships, identifying and generating new leads, executing effective business plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Territory Surgical Specialist will also focus on educating surgeons about PLU Ophthalmic’s products and ensuring successful implementation and usage of surgical solutions.

• Proficient in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to identify and convert new opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively
• Experience in Business Planning to develop and execute market strategies
• Proven track record in Sales, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the ophthalmic or surgical equipment industry is an advantage
• Ability to travel within the territory as required
