The Home Care Provider role is an in home position based in Redding, and surrounding areas of CA serving all ages. In this role, the provider will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. Responsibilities also include light housekeeping, providing emotional support, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients. The caregiver will work closely with clients and their families to create personalized care plans that promote overall well-being and independence.

• Experience in caregiving, elder care, and home care services
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and their families
• Ability to provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and hygiene protocols
• Relevant certifications, such as CPR or First Aid, are advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare or caregiving is preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check
