Fire Technician

The Fire Technician role at Uni First First Aid + Safety is a full-time, remote position primarily based in Charlotte,NC. Responsibilities include performing inspections, and maintenance, of portable fire extinguishers. The technician will ensure compliance with NFPA
10 regulations, and provide excellent service to clients. Collaboration with the team and interaction with clients to address fire safety needs will also be key aspects of this role. A measurable level of sales achievement is required for this position. Candidates must be comfortable working toward defined revenue goals and demonstrate a strong desire to proactively grow the business through prospecting, closing new accounts, and increasing share within existing customers.

This is a performance-driven role for individuals motivated by results.

• Experience with Fire Extinguisher operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of Fire Safety and Life Safety procedures and best practices
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities

Self-motivated sales professional with the ambition and determination to consistently grow territory revenue and build long-term customer relationships.

• Willingness to travel locally within a 2 hour radius from Charlotte, NC, for customer site visits
• Previous experience within the safety industry or related fields is beneficial
• Relevant certifications in fire safety or willingness to obtain certifications
