• Develop and execute global market access strategies for molecular diagnostic solutions
• Collaborate with regional teams to secure reimbursement and address payer requirements
• Communicate the clinical and economic value of diagnostics through compelling value propositions and evidence generation
• Support the Global Health Economics and Outcomes Team on evidence generation strategies
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and advocacy groups

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related) preferred
• 15 years of experience with at least 7 years in management within clinical settings, market access, reimbursement, or health economics
• Experience in cost‑effectiveness analyses and budget impact models
• Strong understanding of reimbursement systems and payer decision‑making
• Proven success in market access strategies in diagnostics, biopharma, or payer settings

• Experience with molecular diagnostics, next‑generation sequencing (NGS), and precision medicine applications
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
