Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hybrid position: after-hours part-time, pick up extra hours from 3 PM to 7 PM and earn top pay. This is a hybrid position of virtual and some in-person supervision.

$65 - $95 per hour based on experience.

$5000 for full-time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.

At Steady Strides ABA, we provide in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team uses proven, evidence-based practices to help clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We’re a supportive, collaborative group focused on helping both our clients and our team members succeed.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
  
  Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits)
