• Serve as the primary interface for key customers, ensuring onboarding and periodic check‑ins
• Support the Business Development team in the RFI/RFP process and transition to Operations
• Proactively manage the transition of new studies and ensure client‑specific requirements are documented
• Establish periodic check‑ins to monitor and enhance client satisfaction and outcomes
• Track client success data in CRM software and create monthly reports for assigned clients

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IRB or clinical research setting
• Comprehensive operational knowledge of client services, IRB services, and their impact on customer experience
• Ability to influence others and create alignment around urgent resolutions of customer concerns
• Strong understanding of regulatory knowledge related to clinical research and human subject protection
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in the basic life sciences or related field
• 3+ years of experience in client program development, project management, or quality improvement
• Advanced knowledge of IRB processes, federal regulations, and ethical principles
• Demonstrable leadership skills and customer relationship management experience
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems while managing conflicting priorities
