The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional supports the creation and implementation of processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will report to the VP of Transformation Management Office.

The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional will work in the Transformation Management Office to lead value creation work that spans Center Operating Model, Specialty Pathways, Complex Care, Growth/Retention, Administrative Opportunities, and Technology/ AI work. This role leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis.

Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. Begins to influence department s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

• 5 or more years of consulting, strategy or operational experience

• Healthcare experience

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
