• Develop and execute digital strategies to support payer engagement and market access objectives
• Manage the Market Access external website and enhance website content regularly
• Assist in planning and optimizing digital campaigns to expand affiliate marketing channels
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Conduct market research with the payer community to test messaging and creative assets

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3+ years of proven digital marketing experience in healthcare
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills, with expertise in digital tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience managing vendors and budgets
• Comprehensive understanding of the managed care marketplace
