Salary: $60 per treatment. Job Type: PRN (per diem).

Home setting in Homestead, FL.

We are an outpatient therapy provider delivering home-based geriatric care. We promote full transparency with payment reports and encourage therapists to set their own schedules and accept or decline patient assignments.

• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner.
• Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members.
• Keep timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate’s in Physical Therapy.
• Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study.
• Actively licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
