Healthcare Billing Manager; Remote

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for operationalizing the end-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization. You will manage a team of billing specialists to stabilize and scale the billing operations that support care delivery.

Your work will directly impact the financial health of services aimed at underserved Medicaid populations, ensuring a seamless and efficient revenue cycle management process.

• Lead and manage the billing team of 3-4 specialists.
• Stabilize urgent revenue cycle gaps.
• Build foundational reporting infrastructure.
• Correct system mappings and configuration issues.
• Implement controls to eliminate aged claims and posting errors.

• Advanced experience with eClinical
  
  Works (ECW) is essential.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
• Strong understanding of CPT / ICD / POS validation.
• Excellent communication skills across finance, clinical, and technical teams.
