A healthcare company is seeking a medical coder to review and analyze patient medical records and assign codes for diagnoses and procedures. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hospital-based coding, with a current CCS, RHIT, or RHIA credential. Responsibilities include maintaining coding accuracy and communication with physicians for clarifications. This is a full-time, remote position with an hourly rate between $30.00 and $35.00, plus benefits including medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
