Compensation: $80 per clinical session (50 min), prorated for extended formats

If you're a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with an active Nevada license, this is your opportunity to build a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms.

• Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals
• Complete EHR documentation within 24 hours
• Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status
• Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license from the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers, or LMFT or LCPC license from the Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors (associates/provisionals not accepted)
• Minimum 3 months post-licensure experience
• Availability for 10–20 sessions per week
• Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools
• Preferred:
  Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, career transitions, or relationship dynamics

• Competitive Pay: $80 per clinical session (50 min), prorated for extended formats—$144 for 90-min sessions, $288 for 3-hour intensives. Bi-weekly direct deposit.
