Clinical Lead Manager – Physical Therapist; PT

Overview

Clinical Lead Manager – Physical Therapist (PT). This is a full-time position with an established agency in a home health/remote work setting. The successful candidate will manage a team of physical therapists and their assistants to provide therapy services to pediatric patients.

• Lead a team of physical therapists and their assistants to maintain caseloads, review evaluations, and ensure quality patient care
• Interview, hire and onboard new team members and manage HR issues such as PTO along company policies
• Set goals and expectations, conduct performance reviews, and develop positive action plans for team members
• Ensure compliance in accordance with federal and state laws, professional standards, and company policies
• Address and respond to parents’ and caregivers’ concerns
• Perform evaluations and complete a minimum number of patient visits in-home as required
• Any other duties as assigned

• Graduate of APTA-accredited school
• State therapy license or eligible in Texas
• BLS/CPR certification
• Experience or certifications in clinical specialties preferred
