As Market Executive of Operations (MEO), you will monitor branch operations specific to the market assigned. The goal of this monitoring is to ensure that financial, clinical operations, and quality, service, and sales plans follow government regulations, along with corporate policies.
This is a remote role reporting to the Area Vice President of Operations, however there is a travel requirement of up to 50% and 60-90 branch in-person touchpoints per year.
You will develop strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market monitoring expenditures. You will produce specific market quality assessment reports along with reviewing and managing patient satisfaction data. You will work with AVPO along with several cross-functional teams at both the region and corporate level to ensure success of overall of assigned markets.
Essential Functions- Assigned to a specific market within the area, manages Branch Directors within the assigned market, including people leadership management.
- Develop strategic plans, including growth strategies, budget adherence, and annual planning, achieving financial goals.
- Analyze assigned market conditions, competitors, and business volume.
- Coordinate with Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities related to branch billing, payroll, credit, and data entry activities.
- Partner with sales counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding our client base.
- Partner with Clinical counterpart to ensure clinical operations and quality metrics exceed goals. Support and ensure execution of performance improvement plans.
- May partner with Intake team, overseeing the process for referrals and pre-authorization/eligibility for the assigned area.
- May oversee backfill for Branch Director and fill-in when Branch Director role may be open.
- Promote organizational culture within assigned area and guide people development efforts.
- Coach, mentor and engage with Branch Directors and Weekend Managers.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure in Indiana or Michigan (or both).
- At least one year of Home Health experience.
- OASIS experience.
- Must have executive presence, leadership, and managerial skills.
- Must have organization and communication skills, and a high level of emotional and engagement intelligence.
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$123,800 - $170,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
