Argo ABA is a clinician-led ABA organization focused on delivering ethical, high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by autism. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are looking for schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, values-driven organization.

• Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, FBAs, and behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs
• Ensure clinical quality, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
• Lead parent training and support caregiver engagement
• Monitor data and outcomes to drive meaningful client progress
• Utilize Central Reach for documentation, billing, scheduling, and supervision tracking
• Continually track supervision hours to ensure RBTs meet the requirements of the BACB
• Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the time of treatment for the benefit of the client
• Contribute to clinical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• Pay Range:$80–$100 per hour (based on experience and location)
