• Support global market access strategies for molecular diagnostic solutions, including partnerships and internal development processes
• Collaborate with regional teams to secure reimbursement and address payer requirements and HTA processes
• Develop compelling value propositions and support evidence generation studies to communicate the clinical and economic value of diagnostics
• Monitor global policy trends related to molecular diagnostic testing to inform strategic planning
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and advocacy groups

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related) preferred
• 15 years of experience with at least 7 years in management roles related to clinical settings, market access, reimbursement, or health economics
• Proven experience in cost‑effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, and economic evaluations
• Strong understanding of reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and payer decision‑making across major markets
• Experience with molecular diagnostics, next‑generation sequencing (NGS), and precision medicine applications

• Proven success in market access strategies and partnerships within diagnostics or biopharma
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
