About the RoleAre you a passionate BCBA looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a team that values your clinical expertise? This Mostly remote role offers the perfect blend of being able to work at home 90% of the time and going in-person to support the RBTs and the Clients for just one visit per month. This allows for great work-from-home flexibility for documentation, meetings, and supervision.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families and caregivers via virtual and in-person sessions
- Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and Georgia regulations
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Must have your legal residence in Georgia
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Salary range - $80,000 - $95,000 Per year Dependent on Experience
