**** THE JOB AT A GLANCE
****** The Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible to perform advanced, highly complex levels of technical and analytical revenue cycle work.  Perform as a partner in developing and implementing revenue cycle analytic solutions to maximize reimbursement through research, audit and analysis of data.  This position proactively identifies opportunities and recommends lean process solutions through automation.  Accurately identifies system deficiencies and resolves the deficiencies in a timely and efficient manner.
****** WHAT YOU’LL DO****
* ** Partners for a key Revenue Cycle analytic initiatives and implementations**
* ** Partners with our engineering and products team to develop robotic process automation for Revenue Cycle**
* ** Reviews and analyzes revenue cycle data to identify reimbursement opportunities**
* ** Identifies patterns and trends for denial management and prevention**
* ** Tracks performance metrics compared to benchmarks for business process optimization**
* ** Performs Revenue recognition monitoring and analysis**
* ** Reports Operational month end reporting and metrics**
* ** Manages other analysts and other applicable RCM supervisors
****** ABOUT YOU****
* ** 5+ years of revenue cycle experience**
* ** Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience**
* ** Technical expertise and skills of practice management software, business intelligence tools and queries, data and logic validation**
* ** In depth knowledge of government, commercial and managed care insurance reimbursement methodologies in numerous states
