Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Therapeutic Application Practice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mobile Crisis Counselors to provide timely, on-site behavioral health support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

• Respond promptly to crisis calls and provide in-person intervention and stabilization
• Conduct risk assessments and develop short-term safety and treatment plans
• Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and community agencies
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with state and agency standards

We're looking for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running:

• Monday thru Friday Shifts
• Overnight shift 11 pm to 7 am
• Weekend Shifts
• Overnight shift 11 pm to 7 am

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional
• Must have MCR Training Certificate
