• Conduct outreach to providers via phone, fax, mail, and electronic medical record systems for medical records collection
• Load medical records and reports into the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) application
• Support annual HEDIS audits by organizing provider outreach and the collection of medical records
• Provide project management support by coordinating the pursuit and collection of required data
• Participate in meetings with vendors regarding the medical record collection process

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an administrative support role within a healthcare setting
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification
• Experience in medical records collection
• Familiarity with managed care environments
• Basic knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data Information Set (HEDIS) and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
• Experience in project planning
