We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Director for the San Antonio, Texas market.

, we are dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. We're seeking a compassionate and driven Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Director to support and grow our pediatric therapy services in the San Antonio, Texas market.

This unique opportunity allows you to work from home for leadership responsibilities while maintaining a home health SLP caseload
, giving you the best of both worlds—clinical impact and program leadership.

• Provide high-quality home health speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients
• Carry a small clinical caseload initially, with reduced caseload as leadership responsibilities expand
• Serve as the regional Clinical Director and primary SLP leader
• Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable
• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to therapy staff
• Support program growth, quality initiatives, and best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
• Participate in local travel for home health visits and team support
