Ergonomics Student Assistant

• Salary starting at $15.00 per hour

• Conduct ergonomics showroom appointments and assessments, including equipment adjustments and fittings
• Assist with work injury follow-up and implementation of the new “work-incident E-App”
• Provide support with data analysis and management using Share Point
• Develop and operationalize the Employee Injury Prevention Physical Therapy Clinic
• Educate campus employees on proper ergonomics during various tasks

• Must be enrolled as a credit-seeking student at UW-Madison
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills, particularly in challenging situations
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently

• Coursework or experience in physical therapy, kinesiology, rehabilitation psychology, engineering, occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, or pre-health
