SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spokane home services team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newly certified BCBA eager to grow, you'll find the mentorship and flexibility to excel in your career.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home-based settings
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, CBTs, and support staff
- Partner with families to promote skill generalization and success
- Maintain documentation consistent with BACB and clinical standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing clinical development
- Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to quality, compassionate care
- Flexible Schedule (Preferred
