** Your role:
*** Lead a National project management group responsible for healthcare design/build projects coordinated with medical imaging equipment installations
* Provide operational oversight to include partnerships with sales, finance, legal, procurement, project/product owners, vendors and customer stakeholders
* Drive to ensure site readiness, successful project turnover & delivery with stakeholders
* Support our sales organization with customer site visits, project budgeting, and capital planning throughout the U.S.
* Own Revenue Forecast related to Design & Construction Services (DCS) revenue
* Manage the overall project proposal process, ensuring scope/cost goals are met
* Train and mentor DCS PMs, including coordination and oversight of on-the-Job Training (OJT) for new PMs
* Recruit, develop, manage, and mentor construction/design vendors
* Monitor all projects as reported weekly via internal systems to achieve the company’s business objectives
* Lead and coordinate all state licensure requirements related to design/build projects
** Your expertise:
*** Proven track record with 10+ years of successful experience in
** medical imaging construction/project management,
** and successful demonstration of key operational responsibilities
* Project Management experience in healthcare construction (PMP Preferred)
* Current holder (or ability to obtain in 6 months) of state general contractor credential and healthcare construction/design credentials (e.g. ASHE CHC, AIA)
* Ability to achieve/hold state specific
** general contractor licenses
** throughout the country
* ** Required BS/BA
** in related discipline or advanced degree
* High level of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer), in order to make sound decisions
* Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
* Excellent presentation skills to include creating and presenting training materials and addressing C-level customers
* Proven record of being committed to do what it takes to get the
** job done on time and with high quality
*** Ability to travel up to 30%

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
