Position OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Applied Behavior Analyst. Services are delivered in community and residential settings.
This role is ideal for professionals who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical behavioral services.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Collect and record objective behavioral data
- Implement skill acquisition programs
- Utilize positive reinforcement and function-based interventions
- Support functional communication training (FCT)
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in supervision and team meetings
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1+ year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening
