• Execute key sales strategies to drive adoption of the employer’s oncology solutions within assigned territories
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for pulmonary-focused products
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
• Leverage clinical data to educate stakeholders on workflow inefficiencies and patient care improvements
• Deliver presentations and provide technical support for the on-label use of pulmonary products

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of consultative, quota-based selling experience in pulmonology, medical devices, or healthcare software
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and recognition as a top performer
• Demonstrated success selling across multiple customer stakeholders, including clinicians and executives
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional evenings and weekends

• Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., RN, RT, EMT, or related field) preferred
• Background in pulmonary medicine, respiratory therapy, or related therapeutic areas
• Experience developing and expanding new markets with measurable results
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow
