Regional Billing Coder; Remote

• Serve as the primary regional contact for revenue cycle follow-up related to charge posting, accounts receivable, payments, and patient account activities
• Provide training and ongoing support to clinic staff on front-end revenue cycle processes
• Oversee and perform bank, payment, deposit, and cash reconciliation processes
• Review and resolve claim edits, denials, and appeals, providing feedback to prevent recurring issues
• Collaborate with corporate revenue cycle partners to identify and implement best practices across the region

• Minimum of 3–5 years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience in a hospital-based clinic or physician practice environment
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare billing, claims processing, and payer requirements
• Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and influence clinic staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
• CPC coursework or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
• Experience supporting multiple sites or regional operations
• Prior experience working with PMDS or centralized billing models
