• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives
• Assist with patient registration and manage consignment inventory as needed
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
• Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and support sales objectives
• Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR an Associate degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
• Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
• Strong work ethic and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
• Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology settings
• Teaching and educating experience for medical personnel and peers
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and other business applications
