Overview

Employer Industry: Health Education and Primary Care

• Manage project logistics for various educational interventions, ensuring timely execution within budget
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of participants and faculty for educational programs
• Track and maintain data related to educational interventions, including attendance and evaluation surveys
• Develop engaging presentations for conferences and other educational venues
• Assist senior staff with grant development, reporting, and communications with external partners

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities

• Experience in health education or training programs
• Familiarity with grant writing and reporting processes
• Knowledge of technology used in educational settings
• Previous experience coordinating educational events or programs
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in healthcare
