• Perform routine and non-routine coding audits under the direction of the Compliance & Ethics Sr. Manager
• Draft and prepare audit results and reports to share with providers
• Review and respond to coding inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with follow-up education for providers as needed
• Ensure documentation aligns with claim data and maintains confidentiality according to regulations

• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available)
• Knowledge of federal and state coding regulations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
• Familiarity with organizational and departmental policies and procedures

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with government audits and coding compliance
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
