• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to cardiac mapping solutions
• Promote safe and effective use of the employer's products and related procedures
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other solutions

• High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to handle environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time
