We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make.

• Competitive Salary: $55,000–$115,000 annually with reliable bi‑weekly pay

• Compensation: $70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no‑shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session

  Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.
• Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care
• Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions
• Professional Development: Continuing education credits and ongoing training

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
• Provide evidence‑based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild‑to‑moderate mental health conditions
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
• Passion for youth mental health

• Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
• Comfortable with telehealth
