• Deliver ICD-10, CPT, charge capture, and documentation education to providers and clinical leaders to ensure compliance with payer regulations
• Conduct documentation and coding quality reviews, analyze performance trends, and provide feedback to support accurate reimbursement
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and payer policies, collaborating with Revenue Cycle, CDI, and Compliance teams
• Respond to consultation requests by analyzing documentation and coding trends, providing recommendations
• Communicate complex information clearly through written reports, presentations, and educational sessions for providers

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare coding, billing, insurance follow-up, or reimbursement
• Certification as one of the following:
  Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist – Physician Based (CCS-P), Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
• Valid driver's license

• Additional experience in healthcare coding or revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
