Undergraduate Student – Regulatory Assistant

• Salary up to $17.00 per hour

• Manage regulatory files, ensuring proper organization and updating as directed
• Track receipt of essential regulatory documents from study sites
• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets/databases with status updates
• Conduct basic data entry and quality checks, generating reports as needed
• Adhere to SOPs and confidentiality protocols while supporting workflow improvements

• Must be an undergraduate at UW-Madison
• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week during business hours
• Interest in public health, biomedical sciences, regulatory affairs, research administration, or related fields

• Experience with data entry and quality assurance
• Familiarity with REDCap and document control processes
• Experience with meeting logistics and professional correspondence
• Knowledge of Florence eBinders
