• Deliver education on ICD-10, CPT, charge capture, and documentation to ensure compliance with payer regulations
• Conduct quality reviews of documentation and coding, analyze performance trends, and provide constructive feedback
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in coding and payer policies, collaborating with Revenue Cycle, CDI, and Compliance teams
• Analyze documentation and coding trends in response to consultation requests, providing actionable recommendations
• Communicate complex information effectively through written reports, presentations, and educational sessions for providers

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare coding, billing, insurance follow‑up, or reimbursement
• One of the following certifications: CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CCDS, RHIT, or RHIA
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information

• Experience with revenue integrity and clinical documentation improvement
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations
• Additional certifications in coding or documentation specialties
• Previous experience in a teaching or training role within healthcare
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
