Licensed Clinical Therapist Remote

• Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling services tailored to client needs
• Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments in compliance with state regulations
• Develop and document treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client progress
• Participate in clinical meetings and collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery
• Handle crisis situations and provide emergency services as needed

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure with the applicable board for professional counseling or social work
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states beyond current state of practice
• Experience with telehealth services is required; training will be provided

• Expertise in diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders and mental health issues
• Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health treatment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interaction
• Ability to establish effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• Familiarity with supervisory and training techniques in mental health settings
