Position SummaryThis surgeon assistant role covers Utah, Idaho, and Montana, with a preference for candidates located in Salt Lake City.
Responsibilities- Call on current customers and prospects, providing technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; use the online quoting system to quote appropriate customer prices.
- Deliver product‑specific information to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes for patients; effectively explain advanced characteristics and features of Neuro products to operating room staff and surgeons.
- Provide clinical support during surgeries, troubleshoot issues, and conduct follow‑ups in hospitals and clinics.
- Offer training and in‑services for neurosurgical equipment.
- Respond to customer needs, requirements, and problems in accordance with company policy; act as liaison between the customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
- Maintain account records and report activities; submit reports as required.
- Manage and submit sales expenses in accordance with budget.
- Effectively manage personal sales sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.

- Full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures.
- Plan and accomplish assigned goals under general supervision; use judgment and experience for day‑to‑day problem resolution.
- Interact with internal and/or external clients to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations; may consult with senior management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 02–04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Heavy work: exerting up to 60 lbs of force occasionally, up to 30 lbs of force frequently, and up to 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching: occasional (stand), frequent (reach upward/downward, sit), constant (none).

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (Plus Incentive Compensation)
The targeted range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes working in hospitals, clinics, and other health care settings. Vendor credentialing and vaccination requirements apply for access to healthcare customer sites.
