Job Summary:

Performs key business process functions in support of Workforce Health (WFH) programs, including contract management, budget tracking, materials management, billing and collections. Coordinates and monitors processes and related deliverables, ensuring consistency with established procedures and standards. Acts as Super User of data systems used in related processes. Ensures responsive client communication consistent with customer service standards. Assists Workforce Health leadership when needed and as requested.

EXPERIENCE

DESCRIPTION:



A minimum of 3 years of experience in business environment or equivalent is required. Experience monitoring and improving process performance is required.

EDUCATION

DESCRIPTION:



Associate degree in a related field is required. Individuals in the role prior to January 1, 2026 can substitute 5 years of experience in lieu of the associate degree requirement. Associate or bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Administration is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS

DESCRIPTION:



Demonstrated business skills and knowledge to implement role is required. Competency with Microsoft Office is required. Working knowledge of Agility, EPIC, and/or Access Database software is preferred. Understands the technical aspects and interfaces between General Accounting, Reimbursement, Client Accounting, Client Services, Financial Planning, and Information Systems as it relates to the job functions is preferred.
