US Orthopaedic Partners (USOP) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Front-End Revenue Cycle to lead enterprise-wide front-end RCM operations across multiple practices.

This role will oversee:
  • Eligibility & Benefits Verification
  • Prior Authorization
  • Patient Cost Estimation
  • Financial Counseling
  • Point-of-Service Collections
  • RCM-related Customer Service
The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience driving process standardization, building scalable SOPs, leading change, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and standardize front-end RCM operations across all practices
  • Develop and implement SOPs for eligibility, authorizations, estimations, and collections
  • Improve clean claim rate and reduce front-end denials
  • Enhance POS collections and patient financial engagement
  • Build performance dashboards and monitor KPIs
  • Partner with operations, providers, and vendors to drive efficiency and accountability
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to consolidate and optimize workflows
This position is critical to:
  • Improving cash flow predictability
  • Reducing denials and downstream AR burden
  • Enhancing patient financial transparency
  • Standardizing enterprise RCM infrastructure
  • Supporting private equity value creation
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of eligibility, prior authorization, patient estimations, and collections
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills

  • May require travel to practice locations and corporate offices
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Interaction with cross-functional leadership, providers, vendors, and operational teams
  • Flexibility to manage competing priorities and enterprise initiatives
