• Manage a manageable caseload: 7–10 clients to ensure quality care and work‑life balance

• Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on interventions and oversee behavioral programming
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and other team members
• Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and external providers to ensure client success
• Review treatment plans and provide clinical consultation for network providers
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation and meet all regulatory requirements

• BCBA certification
• Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Commitment to high‑quality, client‑centered care
