- Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands‑on interventions and oversee behavioral programming
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and other team members
- Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and external providers to ensure client success
- Review treatment plans and provide clinical consultation for network providers
- Maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation and meet all regulatory requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Commitment to high‑quality, client‑centered care
