Compensation:$80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!
Relocation packages and flexible scheduling options available. Available States:- Alabama: Greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions
- Colorado: Boulder area, Colorado Springs, Greater Denver;
Clinic based in Centennial, CO - Georgia: Greater Atlanta area (home and clinic based)
- Illinois: Chicagoland (home based);
Clinic based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights - Massachusetts: Throughout the state excluding Western Mass and the Cape;
Center based in Southborough, MA - North Carolina: Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the triangle area, Winston-Salem (home based);
Center based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem - Tennessee: Greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions

Hours:
Home-based BCBAs can create their own schedules with no weekends required;
Center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends with work-from-home options - Minimized Drive Times: Client matching based on locations to reduce travel time
- Reimbursement for External CEUs: Up to $750 per year

- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if required by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA Experience
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and provide support and training to families. You'll supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. You'll also conduct functional assessments and review program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations.
