Are you someone who has great communication skills and experience with scheduling, but not looking for a full-time job? Do you want the flexibility of a work-from-home position? This may be a great fit for you!

The On-Call Care Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming client/family and caregiver calls after hours from home, utilizing Comfort Keepers policies and procedures to solve client issues or scheduling needs, and directing calls to the managerial team if necessary. This individual will supervise field staff on evenings and weekends and communicate any urgent concerns or problems immediately to the on-call manager.

This position will receive:

  • $15 weekday stipend just for being by your phone and $30 each weekend day
  • Hourly rate of $17.50 per hour for any documented time worked. Documented hours vary between 15 minutes and 4 hours per shift.

Qualifications of the On-Call Care Coordinator:

  • Experience with scheduling and proficient customer service skills required.
  • Experience in home care, or other health care service.
  • Candidate must live near the Anoka-White Bear Lake, Minnesota area and be available to come to the office for training, meetings, etc.

Requirements of the On-Call Coordinator:

  • Proficiency in phone and computer skills.
  • Will need to master additional software including scheduling/care management system.
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, human relations, and organizational skills as well as positive professional image.
  • Must be a team player and work cooperatively with other members of the care management team.
  • Must be able to pass Background Study
