• Provide surgical coverage and support during procedures involving Medtronic Neuromodulation products
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on the technical aspects of products and therapies
• Maintain knowledge of assigned and competitive products to proactively address account needs
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees within the district
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures in all work performed

• High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or
• Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience; or
• Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales and healthcare professionals

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products
• Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company in a clinical specialty area
