- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to inform treatment planning
- Design and implement individualized behavior programs for clients
- Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule with clients
- Provide direct services and ongoing support to clients, families, and clinical team members
- Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and report to the Clinical Director
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing ABA services
- Demonstrated experience and skills in team leadership
- Ability to independently lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Experience with remote technology for client interaction and service delivery
- Willingness to travel to the clinic once per quarter for in-person supervision
