What

You’ll Lead
  • Own the Product Strategy:
    Guide end‑to‑end product direction for Core Lab automation—from defining customer requirements and shaping roadmaps to leading global launches and positioning.
  • Drive Core Lab Insight & Market Strategy:
    Become the global expert on Core Lab operations across hospital systems, reference labs, and health networks. Convert workflow challenges, staffing pressures, and assay needs into strategic action.
  • Strengthen Competitive Differentiation:
    Develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and commercial tools that give our teams a winning edge in high‑stakes Core Lab evaluations.
  • Shape Next‑Gen Product Requirements:
    Collaborate with R&D and global teams to define feature sets, performance expectations, workflow enhancements, and automation capabilities grounded in real customer needs.
What You Bring
  • Core Lab Diagnostics industry and systems experience
  • 7+ years in IVD marketing/product management
  • Background in clinical chemistry, immunoassay, or Core Lab automation
  • Strong understanding of lab workflow KPIs, TAT expectations, staffing challenges, and TCO drivers
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams at a global scale
  • Exceptional communication and strategic storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Travel up to 20%

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$172,690 - $237,446
